This page explains how Digital Investment Victims Network handles the details you send when you ask us to review an investment-loss case.
We collect the information you choose to provide, including your contact details, the platform or company involved, the approximate loss amount, your written summary, and any files you upload.
We use your information to understand the case, organize the timeline, review supporting material, contact you about the request, and keep an internal record of the review.
Files are used only to support the case review. Access is limited to authorized DIVN staff through the system area, and files are not listed publicly on the website.
We may contact you by email or phone about the case review. If email notifications are enabled, you may also receive a confirmation with your case reference.
We do not sell your information. We only share case material where you ask us to, where it is needed to handle your request, or where we are legally required to do so.
Please avoid sending passwords, seed phrases, private keys, full card numbers, or unrelated personal documents. If we do not need a document to review the case, do not upload it.
