Terms

Terms of Use

These terms explain what you can expect when you use the DIVN website or submit an investment-loss case for review.

Case review

Submitting a form does not create a legal, financial-advisory, or law-enforcement relationship. It allows DIVN to review the information and decide what practical next steps may be useful.

No recovery promise

DIVN cannot guarantee that funds will be recovered, accounts restored, banks will reverse payments, or authorities will take action. Any realistic review depends on the facts and evidence available.

Your information

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for keeping original documents, payment records, account notices, and communication history.

Documents and uploads

Uploads may be limited by file type, size, and security controls. DIVN may remove files that are unsafe, irrelevant, unreadable, or not needed for the review.

System records

Authorized DIVN staff may assign, prioritize, update, archive, export, or delete case records as part of normal case handling and administration.

Website use

We try to keep the website available and secure, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, hosting issues, security updates, or technical faults.
